12,000 or a year on the first one they refused to give me one on the second..which i didnt think was right.

I live in Texas and had a rebuilt transmission put in my car last May,in Sept I had to have another transmission put in my car by the same place,9,000 miles later the transmission needs to be replaced for the third time. Do i have a case?
