    Overcharging debt

You are generally responsible for any debt you incure, PLUS any expenses involved in collecting that debt. Be glad he used a collection agency instead of a lawyer, agency fees are far less than lawyer fees!

GA Driving Wrong Side of Road - Can I beat Ticket?

Traffic doesn't count as an obstruction. They are talking about hazzards in the roadway, such as the errant ice chest, sofa, etc.

    Fraud with cell Phones

I had to translate that.. I gather you sent him $1500 for 30 cellphones, hope they were really good ones, people practically give away phones. He claims he 'sent' 40, but now needs $800 for shipping? Did you already include shipping in the original $1500? Have you received the phones...

    Who delivers the supeona?

It's usually a police officer or other 'officer of the court'. As long as they've identified who you are, hold out the paper and say you've been served, that's it. Even if you don't take the paper from them, as far as I know they can set it down or just drop it on the ground. The paper was...

Turned right on a red light...help!!

Take a picture of the intersection with the green turn signal so you can show in court that it does have one. Preferably you can get the street name signs in the picture with it.

Hard to say, if I had to guess (and I do), probably restitution, fine, court costs, probation/community service.

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Theft by using companys dime to ship

If they've confronted you with it, I'd immediately offer to pay the charges. You're going to get fired anyway, at least paying the charges may save you from criminal charges. I'm thinking petty/grand larceny, depending on the amount.

    Post dated check clearing early

I'd definately hang on to that letter, it's the only *documented* evidence you have that the company accepted the check on the condition that it be held until xx date. Without it all you have is your check, properly dated and presented when funds we're not available, which puts you on the...

    Post dated check clearing early

If the check had the current date on it, then it wasn't post-dated. Not that it mattered, last I heard, post-dated checks were still illegal. You knowingly wrote a check you knew was bad. Rather than writing the check, you could have gotten them to simply bill you. The end result is the same...

    illegal (?) towing

If your sticker was for 'March', then it expired at midnight on your birthday in march. By April 28th, it had already been expired for at LEAST a month. There is no grace period for registrations. The apartment complex does this to keep junk cars from cluttering up the place. As for your CC...

Ticket for a possible illegal stop sign

Federal property doesn't have to follow the same rules. Their signs can be 2' off the ground if that's what they want them to be, just visit any military base.

    ticket today

Nope, that error won't help you at all. You could go to court and tell them you were merely test driving the car before purchase so naturally didn't have a tag or registration on a vehicle you didn't yet own.

Multiple Traffic Violations and Prayer for Judgement

I agree with robbie, doing 90 on the way home when you knew you didn't have a license was just asking for trouble. You should be able to get the driving without a license dropped to court costs, once you show that you did have a license at the time, it was simply not on your person...
