I am in Tennessee. I was just charged with criminal trespassing is all they said. They did not say anything about a statute.

I was arrested for criminal trespassing near a railroad track. There was a road going down by the track with no gate and no sign. The officer said they use to be a gate but 2 weeks ago somebody was hit by train and the gate had not been put back up yet. When the raod ending we tried backing up...
