I see the dates from this forum seem to be from a couple years ago.. we just started to recieve these letters, but it is actually on behalf of Westerly, RI. Letter is claiming "Carries Inc" from our address owes about $1000 to Town of Westerly from 1994 and 1995. There is no way...
