could anyone tell me the laws in NC for insurance points dealing with this matter. and also, it wasnt a mystery, it just wasnt obvious that they werent on. when the dashlights come on and i can see fine, i just assume the headlights are on.

I just recieved my first speeding ticket in Davidson County, N.C. I am 17 years old and have never recieved any other traffic violations and usually drive the speed limit.(Late night on a long straight stretch screwed me.)
