I have a divorce agreement for ex to pay $824 a month in child support, provide health insurance for children and pay half of college expenses. NOT one of these are being met! What can I do to get what my agreement says? I have been to court and he never shows. I am headed to the poor house...
What are the laws for recieving a paycheck? We are supposed to get paid on Tuesdays, and it has been a week and still no check and no explanation as to why. This happens every pay period. Is there something that can be done? We are New York residents.
