I have an adjustable mortgage ... it was $1300 a month.. In 8/2007 went up to $1700 ,, in 3/2008 due to go up to $2100... I am sinking. Didn't Bush pass a law to help homeowners refinance? I have been searching and searching and can not find anything. Any ideas?? I live in Orange County...
Long story short... Signed a 6 month contract... Realtor misled me into believing this was "standard" and that it did not matter because my house would sell within a month.. Needless to say the market has not been good. I have lowered price 2 times and still nothing. I am in an adjustable...
