perverted cyber stalker??
you don't know what you're talking about. just because you've been in court a few times, doesn't mean you understand everything about the way courts work.
bruce, see a lawyer quick!
follow gary's advice! the other is just an opinion anyway. it would also be helpful to know what time the plaza owner called the towing company, if he called after you parked.
bruce, don't listen to this guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about. do you have a driver's license? if you do, they can find you. and they do serve by publication, and they do enter judgments by default. at that point you will have to appeal. it's cheaper and faster to deal with it now...
if your phone and address are listed on the internet, then i don't think there is an expectation of privacy with regard to that, but you might be able to file some kind of harassment charge with the phone company or police for the phone calls.
if they can't find you, then they will serve you by 'publication' through the newspaper classified section. if you don't respond, i think she will get an order for child support through default.
so, no, it will not go away, and yes you should get a lawyer involved asap
report this???? to who???? what do you think they'll do? and how would it be proven?? i think most people would agree that there are much more important things to be concerned about.
how do you know they robbed you? is there evidence?
if you post their pictures publicly, then i think you could be sued for slander or libel or something like that.
