I too have received a letter from Mr. Dodd. It was for car taxes ($650) in 2000 from Bristol CT. I didn't even live there in 2000, 1999, or 1998! I moved to NC in 2000. I was told that I needed proof of where I lived in October of 1999. I had the proof, mailed it to them and then I get a letter...
