Thank you for your response cbg. I understand volunteers working on their own time but many of the posts are from people NEEDING help and not knowing where else to go. Much less being able to afford legal consultation. I do appreciate your efforts but even a "I don't know" would be nice. Thanks again.

The posters on this board are volunteers who do it in their own time. Not everyone who responds is going to know the answer to every question.
