My ex-wife is recently deceased. In her Will I am listed as Executor and sole beneficiary of her Estate. In the Will I am named as her husband. We have been divorced for 15 years, she never changed her Will. Do I have any rights as sole beneficiary or Executor of her Will?

Is there such a thing as a verbal contract? My brothers as co-trustee's of my fathers estate..made a verbal contract with my sister and I, they were not going to take trustee's fee's...we didn't find out that they did till we received our first distribution. Their only coment was ..we changed...
