Do u think the hoa will deal with a florida lawyer to lower the amt of what they are asking? Im really scared and dont know what to expect...so much money!! Thanks

Just got a summon from my hoa in florida for unpaid hoa worth 43k inc atty fees and interests. We filed chapter 13 back in 2009 which includes our house that we left in florida and moved back to illinois where we live now and also put my hoa name in the bankruptcy. Why are they suing me now...
