Should I use (c)(9) at question 16? Also on question 11 should i use the latest/current emplyment authorization info (H1B)?
Also will it be good idea to attach the NOAs...
I am a foreign national who is on H1B work visa right now and my wife is US citizen. We recently got married and she is applying greencard for me. Do we have to apply for I-130 as well as I-485 form?
