My jurisdiction is: NEW MEXICO
I am on Intermittent FMLA at my job. I had to use it for 2 days due to my ilness. My boss changed my hours while I was out. When I asked her why she said because I'm on FMLA. Can she legally do this if I'm covered under FMLA?
