first of all keep all your western union receipts,emails and details and take them to your local police. they will take a statement from you but to be honest they dont help as ive been scammed on ebay and they dont care.but you at least need to make a statement and you should phone the western...

the same thing happened with me with my leeds ticket and the POLICE SAID EXACTLY THE SAME THING TO ME ABOUT IT BEING A CIVIL DISPUTE AND TO CONTACT CAB.
