I purchased a hot tub 2/3/16 when I left a$3000 deposit. I received the hot tub about a month later and paid the balance of $3112. Immediately after hooking the tub up we couldn't get half the jets working. No instructions in the manual. Had to fight with their service guy to get him to come out...
