we r on a month to month lease. our landlord told us we can not ride on our property. dont we have rights

i live in a trailer park. their are about 20 residents . most of wich are violating the lease in some manner. 4 of us have atv's we were sold that we are no longer allowed to ride them on our personnel property. is this possible.
