Well, besides talking to myself on here....I figured out this person has a web site outside of Ebay and uses the term "ultimate natural" in the titles of some of the items and claims she owns the company that manufactures them and that she holds exclusive rights to them...

Would an Ebay seller ever have recourse to sue another for copyright of words or phrases in their ad without having an actual trademark or copyright registered? If so, what would they have to prove...

This other seller has been making cracks about me in their auctions for the past year...
