Anyone have any insight on this? I refunded the buyer in TX his money, and haven't been able to make contact with the shippers. Should I send them a copy of the complaint I wish to file certified letter?
You could e-mail ebay, but you can't sue someone for refusing to sell you something you won on ebay. If you haven't paid them, move on. There are no damages to sue for, therefore no reason to sue.
