and the worst part to for me is that i was going to join the national guard and now if i get convicted i could make the drinking underage i recieved almost a year a go stay on my record for good thus making it a little more diff to join the guard
i was down in statesboro ga for spring break and my buddie was driving and we went through a traffic stop and i was drunk but he was sober and the cop said he smelled alcohol and i told him it was me, he didnt write me for drinking underage but he did cite me for MIP and now im back in knoxville...
i got a DUI, Criminal Impersonation, Implied Consent, and Drinking Underage all at once and didnt have to surve any jail time except the day i got the charges. but i did pay $4,000 for a lawyer and $635 for court costs
I got the DUI and the Implied consent dropped
I get the drinking underage...
