Does anyone have any info on the legality of the Sciphone, which is similar to the Iphone(i.e. a china clone). They don't have any apple markings/logos although look similar, and have a removable battery unlike the iphone. The newest one runs JAVA and MSN mobile....

Question: If you buy something online from oversees 'wholesaler', say 30 pieces of clothing, and it is seized before it is delivered to you and claimed to be 'counterfeit', are you liable as the receiving end even if you didn't know the contents were? Or can you only get in trouble once caught...
