I came to the US in 2011 with a J1 visa.
I was arrested in November of 2012 for shoplifting at (dept. store). The case was dismissed after 6 months of probation under the Accelerated Rehabilitation Program. I have not gone back to mu country ever since then, but my J1 visa is going to expire...
