I am 6 months into my 1 year lease (in Loa Angeles, ca). Landlord is NOT paying mortgage, but wants to give 45 days to move out, claiming he wants to put the house for sale(short sale). Is it legal, and what should I do? or can do?
ok, last Q. if the owner has not paid his mortgage since apr-2008, how long will it take for the bank to default on the loan and take over the property
ok, is it legal for an owner to lease a property, with no intention of making the payments to the bank? also how much longer can I live there (months wise) before actually asked to vacate?
