Hi I posted my situation in an earlier thread. I do not have money for a lawyer to give me advice before I go to court. I heard you can get free legal aid if you don't have the money for one. I am a college student and only work part time so I am sure I would qualify. Anyone know where I can go...
Also I have saved text messages, and witness accounts of her showing up at my family's home, as well as phone records of the calls she has made to me. Is this enough to get an injunction of harrassment?
I want to make sure that there is no way I am liable for this so I don't come out of it...
