My back restriction has been rated permanent.(10%ppd) So far, nothing has been said about a rating for the other injury. I am gonna give the lawyer a few days to see if they do anything, if not, I'll start searching for a new one.

I don't know about Texas, but in NC, they pay 66% of your take home pay.

I have been rated 10% disabled, allowed to return to light duty work, 15 pound lift limit. This pretty much eliminates my returning to former workplace. IC offered a clincher of 20,000 dollars. Is that a fair offer? I will need continued nerve burning procedures for life, on a yearly basis...
