My employer has not paid me from Jun 08. And now he paid me 1st payment & created paystub with period valid from 1st jun to 15 jun with pay date of 16-aug. Now, i know it is illegal. So, I asked employer to correct the paystub like pay period should be 1st jun to 15 jun with pay date...
