    I think so. I think, that if I wanted to do gas, I would not have to worry about the clearances, but that conversion costs almost as much, and reduces the overall value.

    I signed paperwork after the work was done, not before. There was no signed agreement in place prior to the inspection. And yes, I have a copy, and if I did not, I could always get it from the inspection service.
