Im going to a out patient treatment rehab...and i do have a lawyer ........should ask him to put a request like this in or any other request to the judge this was the first time i blew dirty or like you say I just have to wait and see
I picked up my 3rd dwi and got out on a personel bond ......I got a interlock in my car and blew dirty.......what usually happens in this case.......I haven't seen the judge yet...Im willing to do both the interlock and home breathe anaylzer to stay out of jail....
