Thanks for the link. My only concern is that it is not my money/ or I'm not the one being scammed, it's other people that I don't know. I don't know how serious the PA AG office will take a claim if I'm not the actual person being scammed. I don't care about giving my name to the AG's office...
Is it illegal in PA for a business to keep over payments from customers, "zero out" their account, and never issue a credit to the customer for the over payment? If so, how would someone go about reporting this business? Attorney General's office?
