Is the National Retail Theft Database apply to some states or to all?
Let's say that I move to another state, will retail employers be able to see that my name is in the database?
Can non-retail employers in other states see my name in the retail theft database?
If I do list them, I still dont want them to contact them. Wouldn't that be suspicious? how can they search my work history? Wouldn't the unpaid internships be listed on the work history even though they never asked for my social or paid me?

Will it show that my name is in the database on a background check requested from non-retail employers? I doubt they are subscribers to the reatil theft database, so they wouldn't be able to see my name on it.
