I was rear-ended 7-31-06 with the statute running out 7-31-08. I still have not sent the adjuster my demand for P&S compensation. I plan to send this ASAP, with complete documents including medical reports, photos, etc. I realize it is very late, but I wanted to wait to be sure I was recovered...
