We received a sale date for our house and filed for bankruptcy. Bankruptcy finished 2 months earlier than anticipated. Have been pushing sale date back, but now it is set for mid-Feb. My husband has been trying to do a loan mod and is talking to NACA, but I'm worried about being homeless...
