    Have you checked with the city regarding the requirements of locks on screen doors? I know of many cities, mine included, which does not require a locking screen door.

    scooterpie79...talk with your landlord. 13 month leases are absolutely legal and done all the time. You have no legal recourse to change it if the landlord doesn't agree to it.

    I disagree...your change in income will probably not release you from your lease. You will need to speak with your landlord about the requirements of the specific program you are in. There are many bond programs/tax exempt programs that do not require the submission of new income information...
