    I thought I was. Is this not a legal forum to attorneys to respond? Or just everday people giving advice? By, they way, I noticed your response was a little short/snarky, I wasn't being smart when I responded to your question if that's how you took it.

    It means they were dismissed by the judge, but I wasn't allowed to put the rulings through. I had to reverse the hearings because my job was threatened. I'm not going to pay for them at this point. Just because I work here doesn't mean they can ticket me thinking I can't do anything about it...
