I got a parking ticket last weekend in Montreal,QC. I paid my parking at the meter, but didn't realized that it has a time limit on it; the sign is in French. (I don't speak French).
I live in Syracuse, NY; now the question is should I pay the fine or ignore it? I'm not sure if there's anyway...
