my sister was 12 years old when our father passed away and she received her 50% from 12 years old till she finished high school and the other 50% is still thereits just that my mom never tried to get the other 50 percent when I was younger so I am trying to do it now

Cause my sister receive Social Security from my father because he was on her birth certificate and my mom never got it done for me for me to get it

I mean won't they have his DNA on file or something that they can use that as a test

but he passed away when I was 16 so they owe me back pay because I never received it because he's not on my birth certificate but I am sure once I prove he is my father then I will receive it I just gotta find out how or where to go to get it done]

My father passed away in 1996 and I found out that he left Social Security for me but I can't have it because he is not on my birth certificate how do I go about getting a DNA test from him to prove that he's my father so I can get the Social Security that was left for me?
