I worked for BNSF Railways from 9-2005 to 1-11-2007. From 9-2005 to 1-1-07 I worked with no union contract signed for wages. They new contract gave salary increase. I was wondering if I was entitled to the wage pay for the hours I worked from 9-2005 to 1-2007?
