I live in the state of New Jersey. My ex has primary custody with a 40/60 split. Our child has on numerous accounts after being out a year of his residence since birth says he wants to return. He is not happy with his school and living conditions. What can I do?
In the state of New Jersey after the divorce is final if the custodial parent starts making more income does that make any difference on support payments. Also if there is an inheratance by either party after the divorce does that have any effect on support.
