Childcare tax credit?
I am the custodial parent and my divorce decree allows my ex-husband to claim our daughter every even year. Does this also include the childcare tax credit or just the dependent credit?

On my final divorce decree it states that my ex-husband can claim our daughter every even year on his tax return...even though she does not live with him for 6 months or more out of each year.
My question is, will he also get to claim the childcare tax credit?? It does not mention...
It is the standard order...containing your quote. He did not notify me in 20 days of the final decree, everyone knew he had health insurance available, but it would exceed the amount of $99.05 listed on my decree. So that's the part I am confused about...if it's more he doesn't have to pay...
