Well our attorney doesn't return our calls, so thats why I am here and the jail administration are jerks and if you try to talk to them they twist things around and take it out on the inmate.
Can you sit jail time in Wisconsin if you don't have the money to pay the fine? Can they just tac it on to the end of your sentence? And how do they figure out how long it would be?
