also the car had the check engine light on, when I purchased, they agreed to fix it and still has not been fixed
you can not sell a car that will not pass emissions by law. so they need to fix that too

I purchased a used car and in the terms & conditions you and the dealership have a "we owe" agreement to fix the transmission on the car.
you purchase the car and bring the car in to fix the tranny issue. the dealer keeps making up excuses to fix the car and it just sits...
