This decision was made by the judge after the divorce trial. Her attorney has 15 days to draw up the decree. I am not in contempt nor did I (Pro Se) file a motion.
Judge's decision requires me to pay Petitioner's attorney $2500, even though her income is twice mine and I am living on a retirement income, barely able to cover my basic bill. What options do I have setting up payments that I can afford?
The judge has not made the final decision on our divorce, but meanwhile my income has changed(gone down over $1000/month) and the payoff on the mortgage is $2000 less. How do I notify the court of this?
I (Pro Se) have a divorce trial coming and I have submitted exhibits at pre-trial. I have other evidence in case a witness does not tell the truth. Can I introduce that evidence and how? I can not afford an attorney..
I (Pro Se) have had to block my email and phone because my soon-to-be-ex calls me and gives me a piece of her mind whenever she's in the mood. She still calls and leaves long crazy messages even though her attorney has said we should communicate through him. How do I stop this?

My wife and I (Pro Se) are divorcing, so I let her use my car. At pre trial, her attorney requested she keep my car, but fortunately, I have proof it's separate property and the judge agreed. Can I pick up my car, now, or wait til trial?
At divorce pre-trial, judge did not look at our exhibits or witness lists. He set trial for issues, suggesting assets will be split 50/50 and said to turn the lists in 20 days prior to trial. Meanwhile, I have another expert witness and I want to order an appraisal of the property. Can I turn...
Went to pre-trial and judge says turn in exhibits and witness list 20 days before trial. I had these lists at pre-tiral and gave my wife's attorney a copy. I have another appraiser who will do an updated appraisal of property (other appraisal is 9 months old), so can I add this witness and...
My wife filed for divorce, after 9 1/2 years, I (Pro Se) filed a response and we went to pre-trial. We are in disagreement about property division(real & personal) and trial is set in a couple of months. She made at least twice as much as me and I've been told I should be eligible for alimony...
