On June 30;2003 I was hit by a elevator door; hurting my right shoulder & my neck while I was at work. In Aug. 2003 my doctor ordered an MRI & then the following month (Sept) I went in to see my dr & get the results. But; instead of seeing him I saw his asst. & she went over the results with me...
