I believe so. He told the lady that it had never been hit by a car or in an accident. She took it to a bike shop who told her that it had been hit. He is settling before court because he doesn't want to deal with this a wedding and new house and sick parent. I think he should have taken it to court.

My friend was just served to go to small claims court. The info that he has is from a lady that bought a bike from him. She took it to a bike shop that told her that the bike is not rideable (only after the shop charged her $500 for parts). They said it looks like it was hit by a car. I know...
