I really need help quick. Are there any laws prohibiting a councelor to require someone to take an mmpi when he/she is almost done with outpatient but is still on probation. this was a dui cace only. no drugs involved.
Is it legal for a councelor to require you take a psych evaluation if even the people at the place where they give the test says it doesn't sound appropriate? I need to know right away about this.... Please advise[FONT="Times New Roman"][/FONT]
