Ok- all I'm asking is what steps do I take to get them whetherit may or may not happen!

The baby is not placed with another family and I have an aunt trying to get her placed there. However with the placing outside of jurisdiction both me and my brother were placed in ct with family and then my brother was placed in mass. So I do know it is possible to do.
