Wanted to give you an update! I did switch attorneys and at the plea hearing the DA filed motion to dismiss after several discussions with my attorney regarding PC leading up to the hearing.

Thanks! I have not had ANY contact with the accuser since they made their allegation. I have no intention of ever seeing/talking to this person again.

I did get maybe some 'good' news today. Was told by clerk the court in Q always schedules initial apearance even if PC declined to keep things moving in case DA resubmits PC docs. Said nothing done yet!
