Medical Malpractice Zofran birth defects

Sorry if this is the wrong forum. My wife took Zofran during her first trimester as prescribed for nausea and our daughter was born with a dysplastic kidney (non developed, non functioning). We now see that the drug has been linked to birth defects and there is a class action lawsuit. What is the best way to get more information about this class action lawsuit and how would we go about making a claim? How would one determine if they are even eligible? We do not have any medical bills associated with the issue as of yet but if the company is marketing a drug known to cause such birth defects then they should disclose this.

One contacts an attorney who is working on a class action law suit against the manufacturer and see if one is eligible.

Unfortunately there is not much more we can say. This is an issue way beyond a group of volunteers.
