My brother is 19, and never ben in trouble with the law before. He was arrested this week, for receiving of stolen property in the first? Does first mean felony? And is there any way he can file youthfull offender and receive probation? Someone said filing youthfull offender would drop it from a felony to misdeamoner if it was. Any help would be great. Thanks!!
