I am in a small claims action I brought on to my x partner. I claim she owes me 50% of profits. Her claim is I was never a partner of the company. The company was a LLC in Florida she was the register agent and a MGR of the company I was the MGRM effective date 9/29/05. On 4/13/06 She changed me to MGR and put her self as MGRM all this without my authorization. This also happen right after we started to make money.
My question is how do I layout my case? What are my chances seeing I know nothing on the stocks or even the books, she kept everything to her self? I know I made a mistake trusting.
I was given a 1099 for $2,590.00 for reimbursement of expenses $150.00 and $2,440.00 for Royalty. I do not have agreement on Royalties. The money was for expenses.
